The performance data shown above represent past performance, which is not a guarantee of future results. Investment returns and net asset values will fluctuate so that shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Fund total return performance currently may be lower or higher than the figures stated above.

The total return figures reflect the reinvestment of investment income and capital gains and losses, and are net of expenses which include management fees. Returns would have been lower without expense reimbursements provided by the Adviser. Amounts purchased or redeemed within the periods shown would experience different rates of return based on the net asset values on the dates of such transactions.

Annual Fees and Expenses

This table describes the fees and expenses that you may pay if you buy and hold shares of this Fund. Annual operating expenses are shown as a percentage of average net assets and are based on actual operating expenses incurred by the Fund (before reimbursement) in 2020. Net expenses (after reimbursement) consist of investment management fees. The net expenses may be slightly higher or lower than the investment management fees percentage set forth in the prospectus due to rounding.
